I have recently purchased my first bull bar from King bars, as I required a number of custom touches to be added to my bull bar, it took considerable discussions with the crew at King bars to fully develop my requirements. As I was ordering this bar from Sydney, and King Bars is located in Brisbane, it was of concern to me that I would receive a quality product.

I had no reason to worry, the bar turned up on time. And once fitted to my truck looks absolutely awesome. The whole process of ordering my bar was stress free and pleasurable, and I am more than happy with the end product. All this and I still haven't met the people at King Bars.

Since moving to Brisbane to sell trucks at the Western Star Truck Centre in Rocklea I have come to know the products and the people at King bars.
I must say that after 18 years experience in the heavy haulage industry I appreciate greatly the excellent quality and service offered by the team at King Bars.

We are writing to express our satisfaction with the product and service offered by King Bars. We are owners of a 1994. Western Star Prime Mover, which is fitted with a King bar bull bar, and in November 2004 our vehicle, was involved in an accident in which a motor vehicle hit the front of our truck with a combined impact speed of 230 km per hour. If it were not for the bull bar, the damage to our truck would have been much worse than what it was. As it was our truck could still be driven home from 80 km away. The only damage sustained was to the bull bar and minor damage to the truck. We were very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the bull bar as we feel that it is what prevented major damage to our truck.

Also, we have recently purchased a new Western star and due to a mix-up in the ordering the bull bar originally ordered for the truck through another company did not fit our new truck when it arrived. As we had been waiting six months for the truck and had ordered the bull bar three months prior to its arrival. We were expecting to wait months again for the correct bull bar, to be fitted by the same company.

However, Western star contacted King bars to see if they could build one for our truck as a priority, and as soon as possible. We are happy to say King Bars obliged, and the new King bar was built and fitted to our truck in a week and a half. We are happy to express our gratitude and appreciation to those involved to expedite the process so that we could take delivery of our new truck on schedule.

Throughout the process, we were kept informed of the progress and were impressed with the service provided by the staff at King Bars. We would appreciate that our comments are relayed to those involved as positive feedback within the workplace is good to hear.
